
BAJJI.com is the Official Homepage of the Brazilian American
Jiu-Jitsu Institute founded by Brazilian born black belt Alex Britto.
Alex was trained in the Gracie system in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil
under
Master Fernando Pinduka, a first
generation Black Belt of Master Carlson Gracie Sr,
and obtained the rank of black belt under Sergio "Souza" Bolao. Now
Alex has been invited by MASTER Romero "JACARE" Cavalcanti to join
the biggest BJJ Team in the World.

| PAN AM 2008 !!! |
Last weekend California holds up the Pan Amercian Championship 2008, the biggest BJJ tounament in a world, with competitors from all over. Our ALLIANCE/BAJJI TEAM had for the first time 2 guys representing our school. Here is their results:
BRIAN BURKE - 1st PLACE MEDIUM - BROWN BELT FRED ZEBLEY - 3rd PLACE MEDIUM HEAVY - BLUE BELT
CONGRATS you guys!!! HARD WORK PAYS OFF!!!!!
Also ALLIANCE TEAM got first place as a TEAM in ADULT, SENIOR and MASTERS Divisions, getting second place only in a Juvenille division. ________________________________________________________
At the first tournament of 2008 in Scranton/PA, BAJJI got 1st place as TEAM. CONGRATULATIONS to our guys who represent very well our school.(pictures available)

SATURDAY CLASSES will be at EXTON Location from now on!!!
OPEN MAT at EXTON location on Wednesday and Thursday 5:30pm for competidors ONLY (blue belt and above). This open matt time is restricted for guys who wants to get extra training for tournaments. WHITE BELTS not allowed!!!
